2. Order Cancellations and Return Policy

2.1 Shipping and Handling Refund Policy

Whether you cancel your order within the 30-day money-back guarantee or not, you are responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees you selected when ordering the product. Your stored credit card will be charged this amount, and you agree to pay this amount whether you cancel your order on time or not. However, if you encounter an error in your order, the Company may, at its discretion, refund your shipping and handling. The Company reserves the right to lower prices without prior notice to you; however, you will always have the right to cancel an order and receive a refund of your purchase price if you do not agree to pay any increased prices.

2.3 Delivery Time

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours (on business days). Delivery time is estimated based on the selected shipping option during payment. Reasonable requests are usually accommodated, but this decision remains with the Company.

3. Offers and Temporary Price Reductions

For your convenience and benefit, the Company may temporarily reduce the price of your order for promotional reasons or to ensure that your purchase order transaction can be processed by your credit card company or processor. If the Company reduces the price of the product as described herein, you will be billed at the reduced price until the promotion period ends, or the Company is assured of payment from your credit card company or its processor, after which the product price will be restored to its usual price without prior notice to you.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with PainBlock® for any reason, simply cancel your order by contacting our sales department at sales@painblockcream.com within 30 days of purchase for regular orders. After contacting the Company and canceling your order, you will receive a Return Authorization. After canceling your order, return the unused portion of the product, or if it is empty, simply return the empty tube to our Company for documentation purposes to be eligible for a refund (excluding shipping costs, handling, and a 20% restocking fee). Whether you cancel your order on time or not, the Company will not refund or credit any shipping and handling fees for any products shipped to you.

5. Product Returns

To return a product for exchange due to shipping damage or for cancellation of your order within the Money Back Guarantee period, obtain a Return Authorization by contacting the sales department at sales@painblockcream.com. An authorization can ONLY be obtained by contacting the sales department by email.
When returning items to the warehouse, the customer must indicate/write whether it is for REFUND or EXCHANGE, then the full name and order number on the bag/box with the products.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend that all returned items are sent using a third-party delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.

6. Shipping Terms

When we ship the product

to you, we will prioritize your shipment and send your package within 48 hours. Please note that shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays. We do not refund or credit shipping costs for any shipments. Exceptions may apply at the Company’s discretion.
